Matthew, Alice and Sam came to visit over easter. As you can see from the egg-rolling photo, the weather was pretty poor – cold, windy and wet – but we went out for several walks and visited a couple of exhibitions. There is a wonderful show at the Kunstforening with paintings by Kjarval and photos + installations by Olafur Eliasson. The Icelandic landscape is of course the main star.
Sam kept us busy and entertained, with lots of giggles and vigorous waving and wriggling. He spent ages looking at the fish and is very interested in just about anything there is to look at.
